Speaking Topics

1. Perfectly Imperfect: Leading Inclusion Before You Feel Ready

Inclusion is not about perfection. It is about progress, intention, and everyday actions that help people feel seen and supported. In this talk, Thomas shows leaders how to move past the fear of “getting it wrong” so they can build teams where everyone can contribute. Attendees learn simple, actionable ways to practice inclusive leadership, communicate with clarity, and create psychological safety even when the path feels uncertain.

2. Patterns in People: The Hidden Signals That Build Extraordinary Teams

Great leaders see patterns long before the problems (or opportunities) become obvious. Drawing on years of HR experience and Thomas’s unique pattern-recognition lens, this talk explores the habits, dynamics, and behaviours that separate average teams from exceptional ones. Leaders will learn how to read team patterns, interrupt unproductive cycles, and replace guesswork with a clear, practical system for building alignment, trust, and accountability.

3. We’re All a Little Weird. Use It

How to Harness Individual Strengths to Build Belonging

Every workplace is full of wonderfully unique humans. The problem is most organizations try to iron out that uniqueness instead of using it. This talk challenges leaders to embrace the quirks, strengths, and differences that make teams powerful. Thomas shows how to create cultures where people feel they belong, how to leverage “weirdness” as a competitive advantage, and how to turn individuality into collaboration and high performance.”
