Not only did I learn the how-to's of public speaking from love and care for your audience rather than manipulating and controlling your audience, but I also had an insight for a next critical piece of my business, AND I completely stretched in my capacity to share the vulnerable core of myself. It wasn't pretty, there were tears, and I did it. I went with the intention of finding my "story". I have many stories of my life that are teaching, inspirational, and just what my audience/clients need to hear, but I was looking for my "this is why I do what I do story", which of course is a big trigger story that needs to be healed.
